The EU Youth Strategy for the period 2018-2027 identifies 11 key areas for development in education, including connectivity, gender equality, information and dialogue, mobility and quality employment. The problems of young people in Bulgaria range from low skills and dropping out of school to a lack of support for the future and professional development. The "Incubator for Young Talents" project aims to promote youth participation in democratic life by developing entrepreneurial skills in young people, such as Leadership, Management, Networking, Communication, Technical Skills. Through the themes of Civic Education, it is envisaged to strengthen the connections between the youth and the decision-makers in a simulated and real way in order to create an innovative future. The project also supports social integration and diversity through the participation of youth from different cultures and backgrounds, creating innovative spaces such as hackathons and social brainstorming centers.
