The project aimed to empower adults through non-formal learning and international mobility, strengthening key competences related to wellbeing, stress management, and healthy lifestyles. It also aimed to increase access to mobility opportunities for adults with fewer opportunities and support their personal development. At organisational level, the project sought to enhance Centre Dot’s capacity to deliver quality adult education and contribute to stronger and more resilient communities.
CentreDot is a research and training centre based in Klirou, a rural area of Nicosia, Cyprus, active in adult education and community development. The organisation supports adults from diverse backgrounds through workshops on soft skills, wellbeing and personal development, with a focus on people with fewer opportunities. The project addressed the need to strengthen adults’ competences in wellbeing, stress management and work–life balance through mobility and non-formal learning.
