The project aimed to strengthen staff skills through targeted training abroad and to expose visually impaired adult learners to diverse cultures, languages, and practices. We aimed to improve inclusion, independence, and self-confidence among learners, while equipping educators with new tools and strategies to raise the quality of teaching.
St. Barnabas School for the Blind implemented this Erasmus+ project to offer staff professional development and provide adult learners with visual impairments access to international experiences. The initiative supported inclusive education, modern teaching practices, and strengthened our role as a pioneering institution in VI adult education.
