Our project aims to professionally train our volunteers and learners, promote non-formal learning, and recognize and enhance our members' skills and qualifications. We focus on innovative, person-centered methods tailored to individual needs, understanding, and responding to social, linguistic, and cultural diversity. Our goal is to increase our staff's capacity to support and respect those unable to defend their rights, enhance professional and personal development opportunities.
We have chosen to participate in this program to enhance the education and skills of people with disabilities, educators, and volunteers, aligning with the principles of the EU and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. We aim to develop innovative methods and practices, strengthening independent living and equal access to education, creating a culture of change and acceptance.
