The project aimed to enhance OTI Group’s capacity in vocational education and training by improving staff competencies in digital skills, green skills, and employability. We sought to foster international collaboration, exchange best practices, and develop new partnerships. Despite challenges with the host, we successfully established agreements to host interns in Cyprus and collaborate on future projects, ensuring long-term impact beyond the mobility period.
OTI Group, a Cyprus-based VET provider, aimed to enhance staff competencies through international mobility. This Erasmus+ project focused on digital skills, green skills, and employability. Despite the host’s failure to provide structured courses, OTI Group ensured valuable learning by facilitating training sessions, best practice exchanges, and networking. The project strengthened our capacity, expanded partnerships, and reinforced innovation in vocational education.
