Objectives

The main objective of this project was to significantly expand and streamline the use of modern ICT tools, both in language teaching itself and in the area of administration and overall school management. The introduction of AI tools into everyday practice became a key element. AI now helps teachers prepare innovative materials and facilitates routine processes for school management. Thanks to the project, we have also gained valuable inspiration for the strategic development of our institution.

Background

KURZY ZEBRA is a private language school with a long tradition, focusing primarily on teaching adult students. The project responded to the school's current need to significantly strengthen the digital skills of its teachers and administrative staff, make more effective use of ICT tools, and integrate AI into teaching and school organization. Another important context was the need to gain inspiration and information for the strategic management of the school at a time of rapid introduction of AI
