The main goal was to establish contact with Animas Valley Institute and explore collaboration options. We wanted to experience the Soulcraft method and examine its use in our programs. Following goals were to expand trainers' competencies with Soulcraft, strengthen environmental aspects of Future Leader program, and enrich it with new approaches to personal development in nature. The project aimed to expand our international network.
AKÁDA is an educational organization focusing on growth of individuals, communities and regions. Our Future Leader program combines management education with innovative personal development approaches. The project emerged from our need to enrich programs with nature-based methods and deepen their environmental dimension. We sought inspiration at Animas Valley Institute, which uniquely connects personal development with ecological awareness.
