We aimed to achieve readiness among both teachers and students for the implementation of innovations in vocational and theoretical education. This involved motivating staff and students to adopt innovative approaches, training teachers in modern teaching methods, improving students’ professional language skills, and enhancing the digital competences of both teachers and students. Furthermore, we sought to gain practical experience with the operation of Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
Our organization provides a three-year vocational programme Fisherman (41-53-H/01) and a two-year follow-up programme Fisheries (41-43-L/51), both of which were relevant to this application. Furthermore, we offer education in the secondary school leaving examination programme Ecology and Environmental Protection – Water Management Specialist, and we also provide courses leading to partial qualifications in the Fisherman field for members of the public.
