We aimed to explore foreign pre-primary education and senior social services, focusing on vocational training systems and internship mentoring. By sharing best practices through our Methodological Centre, we sought to foster discussion on improving local practical training. For all mobility and shadowing participants, the goal was to enhance their professional competences and soft skills, including flexibility, creativity, and digital or linguistic proficiency.
Our project addressed key institutional needs: innovating practical training for preschool teachers and social workers in line with the Competence Framework. Focus areas included vocational curricula, methodological guidance for internships, and deeper cooperation with placement providers. Furthermore, we aimed to refine our graduate profiles by enhancing students' vocational foundations, soft skills, and key competences, drawing inspiration from international best practices.
