The aim of the project was to expand the professional, language, and social competences of students through internships in foreign companies and to link school theory with real working environments. At the same time, we wanted to support their personal growth, independence, and ability to function in a multicultural setting. Through mobilities, teachers improved their language and pedagogical skills and gained inspiration for the modernization of teaching.
A school with more than sixty years of tradition provides education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and business fields. The project responds to the need to develop the professional and language competences of both students and teachers, as well as to strengthen international cooperation. Participation in the Erasmus+ enables linking school theory with practice in foreign companies and motivates students and teachers towards modern trends and innovations in education.
