We want to achieve development of scientific and language knowledge and practical competences of students, prepare them for work in modern laboratories and in international teams; regarding the teachers, we want to achieve self-development so that they follow modern principles of education and learn to use ICT and AI tools; another target also is to motivate students to studies and teachers to future pedagogical work and thus prevent the burn-out syndrome.
Secondary Technical School of Chemistry Brno needs to develop in the field of students´ education as well as in the field of knowledge and educational methods of teachers. We applied for the project to help students get ready for the work in the most modern laboratories and to be able to work in English in the scientific field. To be able to offer the best education and motivation to studies, it is necessary to enable self-development for the students and for the teachers as well.
