Hodina H, z.s. decided to implement one training course and two youth exchanges to respond to the evolving needs of young people and to strengthen the quality of youth work in Europe. The organisation believes that today’s youth need spaces where they can learn, grow and connect beyond the limits of formal education. Through these mobilities, Hodina H aims to support both young people and youth workers in developing key competences, creativity and resilience. The training course will enhance the professional capacity of youth workers, equipping them with innovative non-formal methods, good practices and new tools to respond to current youth challenges. The youth exchanges will offer participants opportunities for intercultural learning, teamwork and self-discovery. Theres is a need to show young people they can reach their dreams through their development, learning, progress, exploring new horizons. They can connect with the community and instead of complain or finding the gaps they can "do it", fill them in. Young people don't need to dream only but together with support find new dreams bigger, broader, braver and through combine globally and locally. Young people can meet and discuss what they dream about and understand they can do a lot and they can really do it, make it true. Youth workers have a mission to target young people, create the quality non-formal education setting for young people to do so.
