The aim of the project is to strengthen the quality of youth work and support the personal and professional development of participants through six interlinked activities. By implementing the project we want to: 1.develop key competences of young people (in particular digital, language, intercultural and social skills), 2.strengthen active citizenship and the European identity of participants, increase their awareness of EU values and opportunities for civic engagement, 3.support youth workers in acquiring new methods, tools and experiences that they can apply in their practice, 4.expand international cooperation and partnerships, contributing to the long-term development of the organisation and its partners, 5.increase the visibility of the Erasmus+ programme at local and regional levels and involve the wider community in project activities, 6.contribute to inclusion and the involvement of young people with fewer opportunities through open and accessible educational activities, 7.promote a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and mental well-being as part of the overall development of participants. The project therefore aims both at a direct impact on the participants of individual mobilities and at the long-term capacity building of the accredited organisation and its partners.
