Objectives

The main goal of our project is to provide young people with an opportunity to grow in a safe, open, and inspiring environment. We focus primarily on young people with fewer opportunities who often face obstacles in their everyday lives due to financial, social, health, or other disadvantages. Through the project, we want to show them that they can become active members of the European community, gain valuable international experience, and discover skills and strengths that will support their future personal and professional development. The project is designed to support the development of key competences among participants, especially in the areas of communication, teamwork, problem-solving, intercultural understanding, and language skills. Through non-formal learning activities and intercultural exchange, participants will have the opportunity to learn through practical experience, cooperation, and mutual sharing. Inclusion is one of the key priorities of our project. We aim to create an environment where young people with fewer opportunities can actively participate alongside peers from different backgrounds. We believe that bringing together diverse life experiences and perspectives creates significant added value not only for the participants themselves, but also for the wider community. Another important objective is to strengthen active citizenship and participation among young people. We want participants to leave the project not only with new experiences and international friendships, but also with greater motivation and confidence to engage in their local communities and in European civic life. We believe that participation in an international project can encourage young people to express their opinions, contribute to positive change, and become more active in society. Last but not least, the project contributes to the long-term development of our organization and the quality of our youth work. Through Erasmus+, we aim to strengthen our competences, learn from our international partners, and bring new ideas and inspiration to our region. We see this project not as a one-time activity, but as part of a broader long-term development process that supports the objectives of our accreditation and improves the quality and impact of our activities.
