The project, as originally proposed, aimed to strengthen the quality of youth work by equipping youth workers and partner organizations with the skills and tools needed to design and implement impactful local events with educational elements. These events were intended to foster inclusion, encourage active citizenship, and engage young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities. The specific objectives outlined in the application were to: - Improve the competencies of youth workers in event organization, with a focus on inclusion - Enhance the capacities of partner organizations in promotion, logistics, and communication with participants. - Support the adoption of methods for evaluating local events using both qualitative and quantitative indicators. - Facilitate networking and the exchange of best practices not only internationally, but also in local public work. - Strengthen youth volunteering initiatives and expand the human capacities of organizations. - Improve skills in engaging young people and recruiting volunteers. While many of these objectives were addressed during implementation, some were only partially achieved. Factors such as adjustments to activities, evolving participant needs, and logistical constraints meant that certain original intentions could not be realised in full.
