Our project aims to reduce participants’ negative attitudes toward cultural differences and promote tolerance and empathy. We want to help individuals feel accepted and valued in a multicultural environment. By using art and sports activities, we also increased social participation and intercultural dialogue, especially for those who previously avoided such activities due to fear of exclusion. Our project aims to promote understanding and respect among members and break down prejudices.
Our organisation supports adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Globalisation and migration have increased the need for intercultural understanding, empathy, and inclusion. Many learners face language barriers, fear of exclusion, and reduced participation. Through this KA1 project, we improved communication skills, cultural awareness, and social cohesion, while building international partnerships and creating a more inclusive learning environment.
