The aim was to further professionalize the teaching staff and management in the areas of digital and green competence, methodology, and didactics. We also wanted to learn about new European standards in coaching and mentoring and experience these in theory and practice from our partners. This allowed us to expand our methodological portfolio in the intercultural field, and subsequently, we reflected on what we had learned and passed it on to staff and target groups of the agricultural school.
We have further developed our teaching staff, including management, in digital methodology and didactics in order to create and implement digital educational programs for rural areas. We were able to expand and deepen our knowledge in areas such as biodiversity and sustainability, nutrition and regional products, as well as personal development and coaching. International exchange of experience and best practice examples have inspired us.
