For further optimization, education management must consolidate the qualities achieved with international standards. This is only possible with qualified staff. They can acquire the necessary knowledge through exchange and joint learning with participants from other European countries.
Our employees must be trained to meet the constantly changing requirements of adult education. The past experience shows that participation has had a significant positive impact on the participants. Participants received new impulses for their work through the European exchange. Our educational work has already been professionalized following participation in previous mobilities. Our tested quality standards are being consolidated.
