The project aimed to enhance participants’ digital and soft skills by providing hands-on training in WordPress, website management, and digital tools. It also sought to boost creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration through interactive workshops. The overall objective was to empower adult educators with practical knowledge to improve digital literacy and apply innovative methods in their teaching and organisational work.
LLD e.V. is dedicated to promoting adult education with a strong focus on both digital and soft skills. We recognise the importance of empowering our staff, members and learners with practical digital competencies such as website creation, content management, and the use of online tools as well as essential soft skills like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. We aimed to strengthen our team’s ability to integrate modern digital tools into our educational work.
