Objectives

Through job shadowing activities, we wanted to give our employees the opportunity to learn more about and expand their knowledge of working with offenders in the context of prisons and probation services. Through training activities and courses, we wanted to teach participants new skills and approaches to working with perpetrators and encourage mutual exchange. We also want to improve the access of prisoners to quality perpetrator programs when incarcerated.

Background

We are a European network with the aim of promoting and connecting European programmes for perpetrators of domestic violence that prioritise the safety of victims and work in close cooperation and coordination with victim support services. The project aimed to provide participants with further knowledge and skills in this area and to promote European exchange.
