The project aimed to give our staff a “broader perspective” and to further develop their competencies. They explored practical methods for using digital tools in adult education (VIONA, Moodle), reflected on improving access to training programs for diverse target groups, and strengthened their intercultural competence in working with people with limited opportunities, particularly Sinti and Roma.
Our organization conducts a personal analysis of participants’ educational needs before offering virtual educational and training programs. Our participant group increasingly includes people with limited opportunities or from diverse cultural backgrounds. The project aimed to learn new approaches to working with minorities at our Bulgarian partner ECESI, to strengthen the intercultural competence of our team, and to enhance digital skills and background knowledge.
