Through an internship abroad, we want to make the transition to the job market easier for disadvantaged pupils in particular and ensure the necessary individual and financial support. Students should recognize the EU as a potential job market and gain linguistic, personal and intercultural qualifications. Our teachers should receive impulses for digital learning tools, language-sensitive and foreign-language approaches for their lessons at a transnational level.
Our students face challenges such as financial problems, a migrant background, little access to education through their family environment and poor career opportunities. They have had little contact with other EU countries and the students need individual support so that they feel adequately prepared for an experience abroad. Our teachers need training in the areas of digitalization and language-sensitive and foreign-language teaching.
