In our project "English for vocational school teachers" we wanted to improve the compentences of our team in order to realize projects with our trainees and students better in other countries and our English teacher wanted to improve her compentences to teach English. Our trainees and students shall get European conscious and strengthen it by our projects. Therefore we want to expand our project team and work to build up a network of european vocational partnerschools for agriculture.
For our project work with trainees and students my collegue Mrs. Jäckel and me have to use English. But we are not English teachers and therefore we have to improve our competences to communicate in English continuously. In spite of Mrs Ural is an English teacher, she felt really uncertain. Now she feels more certain and is supporting our project work. Participants of our projects are trainees and students.
