The aim was to strengthen the European dimension of teacher training, promote innovative teaching concepts, and integrate intercultural experiences into training. By analyzing training and teaching practices at a European partner institution, the aim was to gain inspiration for the further development of our own training work. In addition, on-site visits were to focus on democracy education and education for sustainable development.
The Seminar für Ausbildung und Fortbildung der Lehrkräfte Stuttgart (Berufliche Schulen) focuses on the training and continuing education of teachers for vocational schools in Baden-Württemberg. It is embedded in the strategic orientation of the seminar, which aims to anchor internationalization as a central topic for the future in teacher training. It contributes to increasing the quality of training and promoting European exchange between trainers.
