The professional and intercultural skills of participants in the host country are to be deepened and further developed in the spirit of “lifelong learning.” The project focuses on examining the education and healthcare systems of the host country and applying and implementing various nursing model theories and concepts in nursing facilities. The project aims to promote the “professional mobility and flexibility” of learners in the future.
The Helene Engelbrecht School is a vocational school. Trainees in general nursing and curative education are given the opportunity to continue their training in Denmark and Austria, thereby promoting and deepening their professional skills and intercultural competence. In addition, our institution sends teaching staff on training courses to ensure high-quality English teaching and a positive school environment.
