Our central concern as a labour market service provider is to secure skilled workers. Dual vocational education and training must be attractive and all potential trainees, even those who would not be able to complete training without special support, must be given the opportunity to be trained in accordance with current standards and to be available to the labour market as competent specialists. Enabling trainees to gain experience abroad promotes both aspects.
The BWHW would like to continue to establish itself as a professional point of contact for local companies, trainees, vocational schools, chambers of commerce, etc. and thus make a contribution to a positive and contemporary development of the regional labour market. The responsible mobility team at the Wiesbaden site would like to increasingly involve learners with limited opportunities, including those from the other BWHW locations.
