Participants gain practical experience and develop professional, intercultural and language skills. The knowledge and mindset acquired are shared within the school community. This enhances employability in international companies, strengthens mobility, and promotes European and entrepreneurial thinking. Participants actively shape their working, living and learning environments in Europe and reinforce their European identity.
The project aims to foster the acquisition of international competencies within full-time school-based and vocational initial training. In doing so, we rely on a proven concept that has enabled numerous students to complete placements abroad in previous years. As before, we favor the established system of independently sourcing internship placements, closely linked to the required learning tasks and relevant training requirements.
