Based on the exchange programme, the companies as well as our school needs to become more sustainable. Additionally, the participants experience the anchorage of European values and the European idea. They learn to advance their competencies in reflecting themselves as well as their personal competence because they practise to use a foreign language in a self-confident way. The supported competences are important for their current as well as their future world of work and daily life.
The pluralistic society is also reflected in our school community and we witness hatred, lack of respect and marginalisation. By training tolerance, pluralism and acceptance as central values, we want to combat this in the future. We would also like to prepare our trainees for the challenges of the globalised world of work in the best way we can - one important aspect to us is to advance their intercultural, vocational and linguistic competence with a stay abroad.
