We want to encourage more people to move and educate themselves in Europe and pass this knowledge on to other target groups. We want to implement joint solutions and develop as an organisation, as a team and as people. We want to promote equal opportunities, improve the quality of the organisation, expand European networks and inspire enthusiasm for Europe. Everyone should learn to recognise their potential!
We like to position ourselves even better in our work with people with fewer opportunities through even expanding our variety of methods and tools, as well as in questions of urgent crises influencing seminar work and coaching sessions, and to expand our personal/professional competences. Learning in Europe is central to together finding suitable answers for similar challenges. We would like to discuss, adapt, implement and further develop these - as ambassadors for European exchange!
