The intention is to strengthen the idea of European unity. The trainees should break down prejudices and take on both social and professional responsibility. Basic willingness to experience unknown cultures and openness are the focus of the learning stays. Through the project we also want to reduce the number of people dropping out of training.
Our project addresses the increasing internationalization of companies and the resulting necessary increase in the mobility of young people in initial vocational training. Internationalization means communication in a foreign language, opening up to ways of thinking and working in other cultures, professional training, and much more.
