The aim of the project was to strengthen learners’ professional, linguistic and intercultural competences and to improve their opportunities on the European labour market. By experiencing European working environments and cultures, prejudices were to be reduced, intercultural competences developed and transferred to the multicultural school community of SSCHBK. At the same time, the project aimed to promote independence, personal development and sustainable internationalisation.
Our school profile is characterised by a strong focus on European education and health, with a high level of multicultural diversity. The student body comes from a wide range of educational and social backgrounds and is embedded in a well-established intercultural network. The school has many years of experience in implementing KA1 and KA2 projects and aims to sustainably strengthen students’ professional, linguistic and intercultural competences through work placements abroad.
