Objectives

Our priority is the wellbeing of our teachers as we believe this to be the crucial part for creating a positive and supportive work environment. Our school hopes a supportive environment will enable our teachers to thrive professionally & personally. Another priority is the area of conflict management at our school and how we can enable students to effectively solve conflicts by equipping them with the necessary skills, strategies and resources for a positive and supportive environment.

Background

Covid and international conflicts, its challenges and consequences have put enormous pressure on our teaching staff and students alike. As an educational institution we have seen the need to address these problems, identify specific areas to work on and offer sustainable solutions to support our teaching staff and students for a positive and supportive school environment where teachers and students are able to thrive. The training courses chosen will assist in achieving this very important goal.
