Die Teilnehmer sollen ihre Problemlösungs- und Handlungskompetenz verbessern, indem sie komplementäre zu ihrer Ausbildung Kompetenzen erlernen. Dies wird v.a. in technischen Handlungsfeldern Bereiche betreffen, die sie aufgrund der Profile ihrer Firmen nicht genug praktizieren können. Zudem sollen affektive Kompetenzen, wie Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Lebensführung, kommunikative Kompetenzen geschult werden. Durch die Einführung eines Buddysystems wird zudem der europäische Gedanke gestärkt.
With this project, we want to improve the quality and attractiveness of training in the HVAC trade. This is not only about the trainees themselves, but also about sensitising our member companies to open up to the internationalisation of vocational training. We not only want to promote the technical component, but also define particularly affective learning objectives that generally contribute to an improvement in overall learning performance.
