The project specifically supported the individual development of participants' skills. They gained valuable practical experience in an international environment. In addition to language development and the acquisition of intercultural competencies, the focus also shifted to the topic of Europe. The stay abroad and the collaboration with international companies strengthened the understanding of EU values and deepened European awareness.
The project successfully promoted internships abroad as part of vocational training, thereby integrating international experience early into the qualification of future skilled workers. Companies and vocational schools engaged intensively with the topic. Good practice examples motivated further stakeholders, leading to the sustainable integration of international learning experiences into training programs. The applicant was able to expand their network and support more participants.
