The MY AIM project essentially has 3 central objectives: The trainees should develop self-management skills. School and company trainers were to experience training and learning contexts at European partner companies for themselves. The objectives for the Volksgartenstraße vocational college as a European school were the implementation of European qualification modules and to further differentiate our vocational college with regard to European competences and offers.
As a certified European school in NRW, this ERASMUS+ project should also contribute to the continuation and further development of a consistent European orientation in school and company education. The development of educational programmes should be continuously promoted and our European school concept further developed in various educational programmes. All ERASMUS projects have been able to continuously expand European topics and networking. MY AIM VI should build on this.
