In our chamber district, we would like to continue to position the topic of international mobilities as one of our support services for apprentices and graduates as well as for companies. It should function as a tool to strenghten professional competences in the vocational education in the field of skilled crafts. Additionally, it should promote the personnel development.
We consider international mobilities as a successful instrument to promote the professional skills of apprentices and journeymen. Furthermore, we intend to support our companies with skilled workers who have the capacity to act with cultural competences, adaptively to a challenging professional environment which the companies are facing more and more, even in the handcraft sector. The vocational training staff should have the same possibilities to enhance their training competencies.
