In the period 2025-2026, the continuous exchange of knowledge between the participating organisations will be intensified. Mutual understanding of the different vocational training systems, their structure, training curricula and the relationship between theoretical and practical training will be strengthened, and the exchange of learners for learning visits and internships in institutions of the accompanying/supporting organisation will be an essential element of the project.
Since 2022, DEHOGA Brandenburg has been increasingly developing new offers for the further internationalisation of vocational training for the Brandenburg hospitality industry. High-quality, inclusive vocational training as well as informal and non-formal learning provide trainees with the qualifications and skills they need for a successful transition into the labour market, an intercultural self-image and meaningful participation in democratic society.
