Gender justice is still a challenge for European societies. It also refers to the gender power gap. The project supports women to take over power positions at work, in civil society organisations, politics et al. and hereby bearing the need for a just transition towards sustainability in mind. It provides self-guidance and self-motivation as well as knowledge to understand the background of current transformations. Inclusion takes place through democatic learning and learners’ participation.
