The central aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness of initial and further training. The aim is to promote the equivalence of vocational and academic education. On the other hand, the challenge of dealing with AI in the world of work for SMEs is to be addressed. In this context, the role of the "Digital Coach (DC) Intelligence" is to be further developed as a supporter and coordinator in the implementation of AI-based solutions.
