A1) The goal of the international youth exchange 'journey through my life' was to provide young people, in a time of growing insecurity, psychological stress, and societal polarization, with a protected space for self-discovery, exchange, and empowerment. The project arose from the observation that many young people, especially those with a migration background, suffer from a lack of perspective, inner pressure, and lack of belonging. Through theater education methods, self-confidence, expressive abilities, and self-reflection were to be strengthened. Another goal was to make everyday realities in Germany and Spain tangible in connection with common European values such as diversity, solidarity, and participation. The focus was on the topic of future prospects. A2) With our project "Parallel online offline," we wanted to give young people from six European countries the opportunity to engage intensively with the digital world. The aim was to promote digital skills, provide practical experiences, and at the same time make the opportunities and risks of digital media visible. Participants were to learn to use cameras, smartphones, computers, and editing programs actively and creatively by developing their own interviews, videos, photos, songs, or poems. The principle of learning by doing was central, in order to build confidence in handling technology. At the same time, we wanted to address topics such as cyberbullying, advertising, influencers, and algorithms critically, and to develop strategies together for a mindful use of digital media. Furthermore, the combination of media work and artistic methods was intended to strengthen creativity, exchange, and team spirit. A3) The project "Borders of Europe and what about me?" aimed to bring together youth workers from different countries to jointly reflect on political developments, experiences of borders, and their impact on young people. We wanted to achieve that the participants develop educational approaches that can provide guidance and courage to young people, especially in times when war, flight, or the rise of extremist parties trigger fears and insecurities. A central goal was to give the professionals new methods to work with young people on democracy, solidarity, and the importance of Europe. Through theater exercises, simulation games, and creative group work, it was intended to make it tangible how borders not only divide but can also be overcome. At the same time, we wanted to create a safe space in which personal stories and experiences can be shared. In addition, a European network of professionals should be established, which develops ideas and materials for youth work in the long term and transfers them into practice. A4) Our project "journey through life access to the job market" pursued several goals. The main focus was on the question of how young people facing particular obstacles in entering professional life can be better supported, for example young people with migration experience or with disabilities. Through creative and theater-educational methods, we aimed to open ways to make personal strengths visible, to build self-confidence, and to appear more confident in job application situations. The methods were intended to contribute to enhancing expression, communication, and courage so that young people can actively shape their own life paths. Another goal was to support our Italian partners, who had little experience with the Erasmus program. We wanted to share our knowledge, provide practical guidance, and show how Erasmus can be used to open up new opportunities for disadvantaged young people. At the same time, the project should build a stable partnership based on trust, mutual learning, and shared ideas. A5) With the project "InCamp EVERYONE is welcome," we wanted to provide young people with and without disabilities from different countries a safe, creative, and inclusive space in which they can develop. Our most important goal was for all participants to meet on equal terms, learn from each other, and experience that differences are enriching. Through theater, dance, and circus, the young people were meant to be encouraged to discover their talents, develop courage, and express themselves artistically. It was not about performance, but about joy, self-confidence, and creating together. It was particularly important to us that the participants experience that everyone can contribute something, regardless of language, origin, or disability. Other goals were teamwork, empathy, and mutual support, as well as strengthening intercultural encounters. The theme of peace was chosen as a unifying element, as it affects and moves all people.
