The project was implemented with the aim of bringing young people closer to European educational opportunities and promoting the value of non-formal education as an effective tool for personal, social, and professional development. Through the participation of 36 young people from six partner organisations across Europe, the youth exchange sought to create a dynamic learning environment where participants could acquire new knowledge, skills, and experiences while strengthening their understanding of European cooperation and active citizenship. One of the main objectives of the project was to increase awareness and understanding of European educational programmes, particularly Erasmus+, and to encourage greater participation in future mobility projects, youth exchanges, training courses, and other educational initiatives. The project aimed to motivate young people to become more actively involved in learning opportunities available at the European level and to recognize the benefits that international cooperation can bring to their personal and professional lives. Another important objective was to promote non-formal education as a valuable learning methodology. Through a variety of interactive workshops, group activities, simulations, discussions, and practical exercises, participants were given the opportunity to develop learning skills, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The project demonstrated that learning can take place outside traditional educational settings and that non-formal education can effectively complement formal education. The youth exchange also aimed to support young people in their transition towards the labour market. Participants explored topics related to employability, lifelong learning, career development, and personal competencies. Through educational activities and peer-learning processes, they increased their awareness of the skills required in the modern labour market and gained confidence in their ability to pursue future educational and employment opportunities. Particular attention was given to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. Twelve participants from disadvantaged backgrounds were actively involved in the project, ensuring equal access to international learning experiences. Through their participation, they gained valuable knowledge, strengthened their self-confidence, expanded their social networks, and developed intercultural competencies that may otherwise have been difficult to acquire. The project promoted inclusion, equal opportunities, and active participation, ensuring that all participants felt valued and supported throughout the exchange. The project further aimed to improve participants’ communication and language skills. English was used as the working language throughout the exchange, providing participants with continuous opportunities to practice and strengthen their communication abilities in an international environment. At the same time, participants enhanced their digital competencies through the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and dissemination activities related to the project. Another key objective was to promote the Youthpass certificate as a tool for reflection, self-assessment, and recognition of learning outcomes. Participants were encouraged to reflect on their personal learning journey, identify the competencies they developed, and document their achievements throughout the project. This process helped increase awareness of the value of non-formal learning and personal development. The exchange also promoted intercultural learning by providing a space for participants to share and explore the cultures, traditions, customs, and values of the six participating countries. Through cultural evenings, presentations, and informal interactions, participants developed greater cultural awareness, mutual understanding, tolerance, and respect for diversity. At the organisational level, the project aimed to strengthen cooperation among the partner organisations and establish long-term partnerships for future Erasmus+ initiatives. The exchange provided an opportunity for organisations to share experiences, good practices, and methodologies, contributing to the development of their organisational capacities and increasing their visibility within their local communities. The project also laid the foundation for future collaborations that will continue to provide educational opportunities and support for young people across Europe. The project aimed to promote youth work and encourage young people to become more active within their communities and organisations. By developing leadership, communication, teamwork, and facilitation skills, participants were empowered to take on more active roles as youth leaders, peer educators, and community contributors. The project also contributed to raising public awareness about the importance of youth education from an early
