Young people have sensory, mental or mental health impairment. According to these data, it shows that there are approximately 180 million vulnerable young people in the world and approximately 80% of them live in developing countries. In many developing countries, this group young people is increasing due to diseases, adverse health conditions and living conditions, as well as limited access to health services. According to the data we obtained from partner countries, it shows that vulnerable youth face much more difficulties than their other peers, and because of these obstacles, these young people face prejudices and / or negative attitudes that prevent their participation in social life, self-determination and inclusion in society. They also face the risk of exclusion in their communities because they do not conform to status or social expectations by other people, and at the same time trying to do the same activities as other young people. Many vulnerable young people in partner countries face economic hardship, lack of access to education and limited opportunities for personal and professional development. Although vulnerable young people experience higher levels of stress, anxiety and depression due to their living conditions and lack of support systems. Some young people may not have access to basic resources such as health, education and vocational training, hindering their overall development. Vulnerable young people also often face social exclusion, discrimination and stigma, leading to feelings of isolation and low self-esteem. In the project, we provided training programs and workshops to equip vulnerable young people with practical skills and improve their employability and general life skills. We facilitated access to non-formal education opportunities by ensuring that vulnerable young people gained the knowledge and skills necessary for personal development. We fostered a sense of belonging and community by organizing events, support groups, and activities that encouraged social interaction and reduced feelings of isolation. We raised awareness of the issues facing vulnerable young people and advocated for policy changes to address systemic challenges that contributed to their vulnerability. The project developed programs that enabled young people to take control of their lives, make informed decisions, and actively contribute to their communities. By partnering with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses to create a comprehensive support network for vulnerable youth, we created mechanisms that increased the impact of the project, ensuring that the project effectively addressed identified issues and met the needs of the vulnerable youth community. For this reason, partner organizations participating in our project considered how they could be inclusive in their local environment and youth work with these young people and worked to ensure the right of everyone to participate. Through our program, 40 vulnerable young people engaged in different activities that empowered them and provided long-term skills. By addressing these issues and implementing these goals, the project created a supportive environment that enabled vulnerable young people to overcome life's challenges and build a more positive future.
