Objectives

The training course enabled youth workers to improve their knowledge, skills, and competences in the field of entrepreneurship and to acquire new practices and experiences related to business development. Throughout the implementation of the training course, participants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, innovative business models, and employment opportunities that could support young people in their local communities. During the training activities, youth workers explored the importance of empathy and gained a better understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized groups in the job search process. Through various workshops, discussions, and practical exercises, participants reflected on barriers such as discrimination, social exclusion, and unequal access to employment opportunities. This process strengthened their ability to support young people with fewer opportunities and encouraged the development of more inclusive approaches in youth work. The cooperation among partner organizations contributed to the exchange of ideas for creating new employment opportunities and promoting national practices from organizations actively engaged in entrepreneurship and non-formal education. Participants shared experiences from their respective countries and discussed successful methods for supporting young people in developing entrepreneurial mindsets and career-related skills. Youth workers also designed and tested activities aimed at preparing young people for the labor market. Special attention was given to the development of competencies related to creating effective CVs, writing motivation letters, and preparing for job interviews. Through practical simulations and peer-learning activities, participants improved their ability to guide young people through the employment process and increase their chances of successful job placement. As part of the project, participants attended an online session featuring two experts active in the field of entrepreneurship. The experts shared their professional experiences, presented examples of successful entrepreneurial initiatives, and provided valuable advice on overcoming challenges in business development. This session inspired participants and enriched their understanding of entrepreneurship as a tool for social and economic inclusion. Throughout the training course, youth workers gained practical experience in business creation and entrepreneurship through group work, case studies, and project development activities. The cooperation also promoted the active involvement of youth workers from marginalized backgrounds who had limited previous experience with the Erasmus+ Programme. Their participation contributed to greater diversity, inclusion, and equal access to international learning opportunities. Furthermore, participants developed concepts and awareness-raising activities aimed at promoting equal labor rights and increasing understanding of bullying, discrimination, and racism in the workplace. These activities encouraged critical thinking and fostered a stronger commitment to creating inclusive and respectful working environments. The training course and transnational cooperation strengthened networking among the participating organizations and facilitated the exchange of national experiences, methodologies, and good practices. As a result, the organizations enhanced their capacity for future cooperation and established valuable partnerships for upcoming initiatives. Through dissemination activities, the participating organizations increased their visibility and public recognition as institutions that provide positive educational and employment opportunities for young people. Their social credibility and reputation were strengthened, contributing to the attraction of new members and volunteers interested in youth work and non-formal education.
