By launching this project, our primary goal is to significantly enhance the caliber of youth work within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). We aim to ensure that organizations engaged in volunteer actions possess the necessary skills and knowledge to execute high-quality, impactful projects. This initiative directly addresses the urgent need to bolster the capacities of organizations, especially those new or relatively inexperienced with the Erasmus+ Programme. It enables them to effectively meet the Programme's quality standards, operational guidelines, and objectives.
