Objectives

Learners and teachers in the adult education field take part in the learning mobility project to schools in the European Union member states, where knowledge about cultural peculiarities is shared, experience in foreign language practice is gained, and the participants’ soft skills are improved. Teachers improve necessary skills and knowledge according to their field through job shadowing and participating in courses-training.

Background

We acquired a long-term experience in carrying out learning mobility projects in the vocational education field, which has resulted in the successful coordination of learning mobilities along with the inclusion of various vocational specialties. Therefore, the project team and the school director believe that it is time to start involving adult education students in learning mobility projects, which would contribute to increasing the skills and awareness of even more students.
