Shokkin Group is a membership-led youth organization that is active in the local and international youth work and education contexts. By implementing international activities, we support practitioners in the field to acquire innovative game-based methodologies and develop as facilitators of learning processes; we give space for young people to take initiative and grow from participants to youth leaders; we support organizations to build their membership bases through participating in our training and participation cycles. International activities contribute to Shokkin Group's capacity-building & further develop our abilities to: provide young people with an initiative support & development platform; provide development opportunities for educators & youth leaders; enrich the youth work & education fields with non-formal learning activities and game-based educational tools; With the second cycle of accreditation activities, we dedicated resources to strengthening the organization's internal structure and further developing competencies to level up our local work as well as share our own organizations’ know-how with international partners. For the 2024/2025 accreditation period, we set the following objectives: - To further develop the organization’s activity portfolio through gaining expertise in new approaches through educational LARPs, community building activities and adventure education programs. - To provide space for young members of Shokkin Group and youth leaders of the organization and its partners to initiate and implement a youth exchange that is youth-led and support well-being of young people and international community building. - To share the know-how of educational escape boxes in the context of media literacy and digital era. Through the set of activities, we reinforced partnerships with leading organizations in their expertise fields and shared the learning results through our activities, local trainings and local work.
