The project aimed to strengthen the professional capacity, motivation and international cooperation of youth workers, while contributing to the quality and visibility of youth work in Estonia. It offered more youth workers, including those with limited prior experience, the chance to participate in meaningful learning mobility that supported their growth. The main objectives were to provide international learning and networking opportunities, enhance professional competence through diverse practices abroad, and strengthen the culture of reflection and continuous learning within ENK. The project also promoted international cooperation and applied the principles of inclusion, participation, environmental responsibility and digitalisation in all activities. Through study visits to Denmark, Serbia and Czechia, the project advanced ENK’s long-term goals to expand international engagement, foster innovation in youth work and develop the professional identity of Estonian youth workers.
