By implementing this project, we wanted to create a safe and supportive international space where young people could focus on their mental health, self-awareness and personal development. Many young people today experience stress, pressure, lack of focus and emotional overload, especially after social and global changes in recent years. The project was designed as a response to these needs. One of the main objectives was to help participants better understand themselves, their emotions and inner state. Through non-formal education, body-based practices and reflection, we wanted young people to learn simple but effective tools for stress management, emotional balance and self-care that they can use in everyday life. Another important objective was to strengthen social and communication skills. Living and working together in an international group helped participants learn how to cooperate, listen, express themselves and respect differences. The project also aimed to promote inclusion and equal participation, giving space to young people with different backgrounds and experiences, including participants with fewer opportunities. We also wanted to promote European values such as respect, solidarity, democracy and active participation. By creating an inclusive and trust-based environment, the project encouraged openness, empathy and mutual support. Finally, one more objective was to motivate young people to stay active after the project and share their learning outcomes in their local communities, multiplying the impact of the Erasmus+ programme.
