The primary aim of the project, Combating Marine and River Pollution with Power of Young People (COMP), was to raise awareness about the critical issue of marine and river pollution and empower young people to take an active role in combating environmental challenges. The project sought to address global environmental concerns by engaging youth in practical, innovative, and intercultural ways. Key Objectives: *Equip participants with knowledge about the causes and consequences of marine and river pollution and how individuals can contribute to solving these issues. *Encourage young people to become active agents of change in their communities, promoting sustainable habits and environmental responsibility. *Foster intercultural dialogue and collaboration among youth from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for combating pollution. * Enhance the outreach and impact of the project by engaging local communities in awareness-raising activities, such as workshops and environmental events. *Promote eco-friendly practices and sustainable solutions through the creation of podcasts, social media campaigns, and local initiatives to ensure ongoing engagement with the topic. These objectives aligned with the broader goals of the Erasmus+ program by emphasizing youth participation, intercultural understanding, and sustainable development.
