The goal of the project is to improve the quality of life and future prospects of young people with fewer opportunities, so that young people can gain international experience while safely traveling with a group and feel equal to other peers. When young people come into contact with different cultures, it helps them to have more inclusive worldviews and opens up a diverse sense of solidarity towards other nationalities. Through the project, we can increase awareness of the problems and needs of young people with fewer opportunities, which leads to an increase in social awareness. Working daily in Ritsu's youth room, being the youth leader of Home Daughters, and also participating in network work related to the youth of Tõrva municipality, I see that young people have a lot of spiritual, social and material concerns. In addition, many young people feel demotivated due to the lack of a clear goal or purpose and uncertainty/fear about the future. With our project, we want to encourage young people to set smaller goals for themselves and think about their future vision. We want to support young people in their personal development by helping them discover their strengths and interests, as this can influence the areas that really interest them.
